What are the symptoms and causes of leaky gut syndrome? Let’s find out.

 Leaky Gut Syndrome

Leaky gut syndrome often goes unnoticed for many years.  In fact, when symptoms do appear, most people will only treat the symptoms and not the underlying cause. It’s very important to know this for prevention of its occurrence.

What are the symptoms of leaky gut syndrome?

Here are some signs and symptoms that could manifest as a result of leaky gut syndrome:

  • Allergies (especially if there is an increase in number of allergens and severity)
  • Abdominal pain
  • Aggressive behavior
  • Anxiety or nervousness
  • Bloating &/or gas
  • Joint pain
  • Confusion
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea
  • Fatigue
  • fuzzy thinking
  • Indigestion
  • Metabolic disorders
  • Mood swings
  • Poor immunity
  • Poor memory
  • Poor energy
  • Recurrent bladder &/or yeast infection
  • Skin Rashes
  • Weight gain

If you are like most people, you do not think of an imbalance of the digestive system when you have joint pain or have a lack of energy.  In fact, a lot of people, just took noticed of it when they start having body aches and pains. Coupled with low energy and poor memory, fuzzy headaches, and thought its just “old age.”  It can be, however, only when you are sure that your body is operating at its optimal efficiency, then can you say its “old age” or “just genetics?” Well it’s not.

Our digestive system is usually ignored unless there is a problem.  We tend to forget that we have trillions of bacteria in our digestive system. They help us, feed us, and produce nutrients for us.  We need to fine tune our bodies, not just mute the symptom s when they arise.

If you want to look and feel your best, the digestive place is a great place to start.  It can be easy enough, and with a knowledgeable guide, you can have more control over your own health and well-being
